Most strategies fail in the space between the boardroom and the operation.

Organisations do not lack ideas. They lack the connective discipline to turn direction into delivery — the architecture, sequencing and oversight that carries a decision from a slide to a P&L line.

Markham was founded to close that gap. We take positions, we quantify them, and we remain accountable through implementation. Advice that ends at the recommendation is not advice we recognise.
