01 — Problems we solve
When the enterprise exists in twelve documents that disagree.
a
A major systems decision is approaching and nobody can say, on one page, how the enterprise actually runs.
b
Decisions route through everyone because decision rights were never written down, or were written down once in a governance pack and never tested against a decision anyone actually had to make.
c
Two organisations must become one after an acquisition, and the integration is being scoped against two contradictory architectures.
d
Every programme rediscovers the same process, data and system conflicts at month nine, at their most expensive.
02 — Evidence
What the results show.
Outcome evidence−54% decision latency in a hospital network at month 11. Zero days of unplanned downtime at an ERP cutover scoped against a signed blueprint. Both are single cases. They show the instruments work in a hospital and at a cutover. They do not tell you what happens in an organisation whose clinical or contractual structure is different, and we would not put a rate drawn from one network forward as a benchmark for anyone else.
