What the results show.
Outcome evidence71% median value delivery at month 24 for programmes holding three or fewer concurrent priorities. That is a cohort pattern, not a controlled trial. A firm capable of holding three priorities at once probably has several other things going for it, and nothing in our data separates the discipline itself from the kind of organisation able to keep to it.
