Who these terms cover
This website is operated by Markham Consulting (“Markham”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you engage Markham for professional services, that engagement is governed by a separate written engagement letter — not by this page.
Published materials
Research, frameworks and articles on this site are published for general information. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and no client relationship is created by reading them or by submitting an enquiry.
Citation of our published research and frameworks is permitted with attribution, in the form given on each record. Republication of substantial portions requires our written consent. The Markham name, the M mark and the site design remain our property.
Accuracy
We take care over what we publish, and we correct errors through published errata rather than silent edits. Even so, materials are provided “as is”: we make no warranty that they are complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on them without engaging us.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to send us unsolicited commercial offers in bulk, to scrape content for republication, to attempt to breach its security, or to misrepresent your identity in an enquiry.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Markham is established, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this site. The governing jurisdiction is named in every engagement letter.
