When a full agenda becomes a stalled one
A crowded agenda can make every priority feel urgent while leaving the most important results further away. The pressure usually lands on the same people who must keep the business running.
Growth and transformation ask a great deal of an organisation. When attention is spread across too many commitments, decisions queue, teams stretch and day-to-day performance becomes harder to protect.
Protecting the ambition
The aim is not to lower ambition. It is to keep the business capable of achieving it. Clearer priorities create space for stronger results and fewer costly reversals.
The leaders who recognise this early can move with more confidence and give their people a clearer direction.
